Duane Doyle, Sr., owner and Chief Executive Officer of the Peterson family of companies (Peterson Cat, Peterson Power Systems, Cresco—The Cat Rental Store, Peterson—The Cat Rental Store, Peterson Technology Group, Peterson Trucks, and Peterson University) is a third-generation member of the Peterson team and grandson of the company’s founder, Howard Peterson.

Duane Doyle, Jr., President of Peterson Cat, is responsible for all aspects of Peterson's earthmoving business with particular emphasis on customer satisfaction, market share growth, employee engagement, and financial performance for his division.
CFO
Kimie Pellizzaro, Peterson’s CFO, is responsible for all treasury operations, daily cash and debt management, company-wide tax functions, and all financial forecasting.
Kimie joined Peterson in 2014 and has held the positions of Financial Analyst, Senior Financial Analyst, Senior Manager of Financial Planning & Analysis and Treasury, and Director of Finance and Treasury.
Executive Vice President of Operational Support
Shel Reed, Executive Vice President of Operational Support, oversees people development, human resources, information technology, safety, and training.
Shel brings a wealth of experience including 11 years at Caterpillar managing businesses that delivered safety training, leadership development, change management, consulting services and technology solutions. He has owned a safety consulting company, working with companies around the globe in a number of industries including power generation, mining, manufacturing, and construction.
Executive Vice President & General Manager, Peterson Power Systems
John Krummen, Executive Vice-President and General Manager of Peterson Power Systems, is responsible for all personnel and operations at Peterson Power Systems, Inc.
John is driven by a passion for our industry and for growing our business. He got his start working with diesel engines in 1989 after taking a job as a trainee mechanic for Peterson Tractor Co. in Martinez, California. In the years that followed, John advanced through various service, sales, and management roles at the dealership before eventually being named Vice-President of Product Support in 2004.
President of Cresco—The Cat Rental Store
Chris Smith is President of Cresco—The Cat Rental Store and is responsible for the operation of these equipment rental agencies throughout Northern California.
Executive Vice President & General Manager, Peterson Trucks
Patty McNeil, Executive Vice President and General Manager of Peterson Trucks, is responsible for the operations of Peterson’s International Trucks dealership and Peterson Idealease.
Patty started her career in the commercial truck industry by financing medium- and heavy-duty trucks in Oakland, California. Her career has gone from coast to coast—representing many brands of commercial vehicles and construction equipment—as a Controller, Analyst, and General Manager. Her most recent role prior to joining Peterson was Director of Business Development.
Vice President of Product Support
Todd Gilligan, Vice President of Product Support, is responsible for all earthmoving parts and service operations, corporate account management, marketing, and product support sales.
Todd has over 30 years of experience in the Cat dealer network, most recently as the Vice President of Sales and Rental for another Western dealer where he spent the last 20 years. He has held many positions in sales and product support. One of his many achievements was fostering strong collaboration between sales and product support to better serve customers.
Vice President of Peterson Technology Group
David Larsson, Vice President of Peterson Technology Group, is responsible for the strategy and execution of our technology business portfolio which currently includes SITECH, BuildingPoint Pacific, Teledyne, Rajant, and other construction-focused technologies.
