After-action & documentation
- First aid responder treats injury.
- Notify Supervisor/Manager and Safety within 10 minutes (all injuries, even minor).
- Investigate incident: collect statements; take pictures/video; create sketches/diagrams as needed.
- Input incident into EHS Insight within 24 hours.
Submit Incident Reports
Report within 10 minutes: Report employee injuries to a supervisor/manager before completing an EHS Insight form.
Submit an EHS Insight form after contacting your supervisor/manager.
