If you’re planning to start a diesel program, currently enrolled in one, or recently graduated, please consider a career with Peterson Cat! When you choose a career at Peterson, we’ll enroll you in a technician student sponsorship program that will give you up to $10,000 in reimbursement for tools and school.

  • At the beginning of the program, Peterson will provide you with a set of tools (a $5000 value!) upon successful completion of the company’s pre-employment hiring criteria
  • During the Cooperative Work Experience (CWE) portion of your schooling and (when available) during quarter breaks and summers, you’ll work for the dealership at a location specified by Peterson
  • Upon graduation and achieving employment with Peterson, the tools become yours!
  • AND Peterson will reimburse your tuition up to $5000!
