| JOB DESCRIPTION |

Peterson Tractor is hiring a Management/Sales Trainee to promote and sell product support to agriculture account base. The Management/Sales Trainee will perform a variety of duties including, but not limited to the following tasks:
• Promote team environment
• Sell/promote product support to agriculture account base
• Manage/oversee parts and service operations and maintain expense control while enhancing the stores profitability
• Cooperate, communicate and work closely with sales, service and parts personnel

| PREFERRED SKILLS |
|
•Experience and background in Caterpillar dealer product support sales, parts sales and/or service department operations is preferred
•Background / experience in agriculture are vital to this job (Other dealership experience will be considered) |
