| JOB DESCRIPTION |
|
Peterson Tractor Company is seeking a Product Support Sales Representative Trainee, who will be responsible for the sales of parts and delivery of commodities. The job duties for this position include, but are not limited to, the following:
• Inform customers regarding Caterpillar commodity products such as;
Hardware, Shop Supplies, Filters, GET, Batteries, Hoses, Fittings, etc.
• Complete monthly sales report of commodities deliveries to PSSM
• Work closely with local PSSR on a daily basis to support operations and provide customer commodity support as needed
• Effectively manage assigned customer territory and routine delivery routes
• Develop customer delivery schedules as business needs dictate
• Complete customer delivery/sales calls, scheduled and non-scheduled on a daily and weekly basis
• Communicate all potential sales leads to PSSR and PSSM
• Continue to grow CAT commodities sales and target known competition
• Provide a monthly report totaling the list of parts documents/activities delivered to customers to the PSSM.

Candidate must have good verbal/written and interpersonal skills. Candidate will be provided a company delivery truck and will be expected to make all customer deliveries with the company truck. |
