| JOB DESCRIPTION |
|
Working in our San Leandro Office you will perform standard Machinist duties, including reading blue prints, laying out work, and using machinist tools such as lathe, mill, and portable boring bar. Will also perform standard welding operations associated with fabrication of hydraulic cylinder components and disassembly/assembly of hydraulic components. This position requires working with overhead cranes, fork lifts, drill press, welder, and torch. |

| PREFERRED SKILLS |
|
Candidates must have demonstrated knowledge and proficiency in use of all welding equipment and machinist tools as well as knowledge and skills in the areas of layout, math and working from blue prints. A certified welder is preferred, but not required. Candidate must have a valid CA driver’s license with current DMV record. Candidate must be a member of Operating Engineers Local 3 or willing to become one. |
