The Early Employees of

Peterson Tractor & Equipment Company

1936 - 1939

Many of Peterson's early employees were pioneers in the industry. Each brought their own knowledge and experience with them, and contributed to the early development of the equipment and the industry as a whole. Some came from other early Caterpillar dealers; some came from Caterpillar itself. And others came from competitive manufacturer's like LeTourneau. Many grew up in the shops and showrooms of Peterson, helping to create a tradition of customer service and progressive innovation that continues today. The list below reflects employees from Peterson's earliest days - the 1930s - and will continue to be amended as new information surfaces.
