Buster Peterson testing out his latest idea

With only an 8th grade education, Buster's self-taught engineering skills, refined while working for LeTourneau, set him on a career path that had many people scratching their heads and trying to copy him. Buster started a tradition of custom fabrication at Peterson Tractor Co. with his Special Equipment Services crew (aka SEQ). Buster's passion for the heavy equipment industry and how to make things work more efficiently, still lives on in Peterson's Custom Fab Shop.
